President: Phil King
Phil entered the mortgage industry in 1986. He immediately found the passion in helping people. Phil grew up as the child of a missionary, and he knew that the mortgage business could help his own calling "to serve." He graduated from Milligan college in Tennessee in 1983, and in 1986 married his beloved Jana. They have four children, Joshua, Carissa, Rebekah and Hannah. Phil is very active in New Heights, an Independent Christian Church. He currently serves as an Elder, adult teacher and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Phil has preached for several different churches on an "as-needed" basis. Phil also gives back to the mortgage industry by supporting the Alabama Mortgage Brokers Association. He has served the association as an Education Committee Chair, Board Secretary, and he currently serves as Vice President. Phil is also an approved Instructor for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. He currently teaches "Credit Scoring" for the State of Alabama.

Executive Vice President and Director of Sales Support: Mark R. and Kimberly A. Boackle
Mark was born and raised in Birmingham's Southside. He graduated from Saint Rose Academy, John Carroll High School and attended Jefferson State College. The mortgage business grabbed him over 20 years ago, and he loves helping people, whether saving them from the high interest of credit card debt, refinancing to save them hundreds each month in interest, buying their first home, their dream home or investment property. Most days find him troubleshooting with the branches, combing through our vast lender resources to find customers the right program and providing in-house underwriting. Soon after Mark married Kimberly, he knew he had to bring her aboard. She had served as a project manager and sales trainer for Dun and Bradstreet for nearly 11 years before moving to Alabama after their wedding. She is from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; graduated from Wyoming Seminary Preparatory School, Kingston, Pennsylvania; received her B.A. from Manhattanville College, Purchase, New York and her M.A.T. from Marywood College, Scranton, Pennsylvania. Her presence brought updated computers, high speed internet access and daily sales reporting. Her main focus is to ensure that every loan officer has the marketing tools to reach the people who need us. They have two children, Isabella (7) and Daniel (4). Vice President and COO: Ricky M. Garcia
 Ricky was born in Detroit, Michigan and stayed in Michigan through his 30's. He went to college on a gymnastics scholarship and continued coaching after graduation. When he was not travelling throughout the globe with our National Women's Team, he was originating mortgage loans. He has now been in this field for over a decade.
